Luf, Us and Maw and Paw

Treats Thursday

When it comes to a cat treat, the boys luf their Temptations! When it is bedtime (for Maw), then the boys all crowd around the bed waiting for Maw to dole out a portion of treats. Then they scarf them down. Jenny really likes the cat treats and so Maw gives her treats each evening because Jenny is 18 now, and she is very skinny, and doesn’t always take her Methimazole medicine daily in tuna joose. Jenny has hyperthyroidism, and the only way that Jenny can take the pills is if Maw scrunches them up and puts them in tuna joose. Yes, we get tuna daily so that Jenny can get her pills.

So each evening Maw lays out our treats on the bedroom floor and the boys and Jenny scarf it up. Except for Orinch, who doesn’t come upstairs with the boys. But he does come upstairs when he doesn’t think the boys are watching him. Maw has seen Orinch sneak into the bedroom and look around when she is reading at night. But if one of the boys stirs when Orinch is in the bedroom, then he takes off back downstairs! Orinch also sneaks upstairs to lie in an open window. But it is in the 90s now in Dallasssss, so we don’t have our windows open anymore. So Orinch doesn’t sneak upstairs to lie in an open window now. It is officially summer here in Texas. Although the calendar doesn’t say that it is summer yet. That is next month.

Everyone come on over and Par-Tay!!! We have tons of food, nip, silvervine pillows, and when you need a snooze, you can crash on the Catio, or you can curl up on one of our Ham-Micks! We have tons of Ham-Micks around the house! It is suppose to be around 90F tomorrow, so it will be fun to snooze on the Catio! Oh, and we can play "hang from the ceiling" too! We luf that game!!!
