Seven Random Facts About Me:
1) I am truly a formerly feral poodin. I wasn't trapped until I was between 3-4 months of age. I have never really learned that it's ok to trust beans, so I'm pretty much terrified of everything. I lived in a cat colony under an old lady's house next to a Taco Bell. I still get cravings for taco meat.
2) Because I'm scared of everything, I've only been to the vet maybe 4 times. Maw & Paw always say it's a good thing that I don't get sick because they would never be able to treat me. I did catch ringworm one time when Maw brought it home from the Luv-a-Pet center when she volunteered with the Humane Society. But it just had to go away on its own because Maw couldn't treat me.
3) I love to sit on the top step of stepladders. I let my legs hang over the edge.
4) I am called "Velcro Toes" because my claws are so long that they stick to the carpet as I walk.
5) I let Smokey chase me and I scream like I'm being tortured. That's fun.
6) I love tuna and tuna juice.
7) Bow is my best poodin friend. We've been together for a very long time.

Oh you are not so different from me. I am not a friendly cat all that much and I am furry skittish too.
I scream when Caesar tortures me and mommie scolds Caesar. It is funny.

It's good to haf a frend and a playmate. Duz Smokey get yelled at when yoo scream? Mom stopped yelling at us about Zippy cuz now she knows dat Zippy is da one dat starts stuff. We love lerning stuff about our frends.
Velcro toes? *giggle* I don't like having my claws clipped eifur so they get a little ragged too.

Jenny... you look like me and I think you are a little like me in temperament. I , too, was born fereal but I came to the woman when I was only teeny tiny so I've grown to trust her. But I'm very wary of others. Very. Wary.
Velcro toes - hee hee! I love Taco Bell nachos. Yummy. I scream and hiss, too, when EG chases me and then he gets yelled at. Whee!

Step ladders are fun, only trubble is they don't go enny where. When we wuz yunger we yoosed to go up the wrong side of them and swing off the top. We don't do it now though. We thought velcro toes wuz funny.
Hi Jenny - you are very pretty! Once a long time ago Mommy brought home Ringworm from the shelter and my sister Powder caught it. We ALL had to get those awful baths and the very,very expensive medicine. From tha day on, even her shoes came off before she walked in the house. Ugh! It was awful!
But taco meat sounds interesting!
When I wrestle with Ernest, he screams sometimes. I think it's fun, but the Feeders usually make us separate then.

Jenny you are such a pretty cat. Was wondering if you let your Mom love you, even though it's on your terms? Sounds like you had a tough young life. So glad you have a forever home now. Patches has velcro toes too, you can always hear walking on the rug and floors.

Anna Sue had them until two weeks ago. She finally had to go to TED (The Evil Doctor) and get them trimmed.
It was not fun.

My before 'sister' cat was feral too and she was scared of everything as well (especially the V.E.T.) then one day when she was about 10 years old she just got brave and then didn't mind being picked up or patted as long as the humans didn't move too quickly. FAZ
