Merry Berry Salad
6 oz. cherry jello
1 c. boiling water
13¼ oz. crushed pineapple (don’t drain)
1 can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
Dissolve jello and add pineapple and cranberry sauce. Put in 9x13 pan. Let set.
Top with 1½ pt. Sour Cream.
6 oz. raspberry jello
1 c. boiling water
20 oz. frozen strawberries (sugar added)
1 T. lemon juice
Dissolve jello and add strawberries and lemon. Let semi-jell, then pour over bottom layers. Let it set up nicely for a lovely salad.

Hmm ...We don't know if we'd like Jell-o or not. Mama says it sounds good to her though!

Mmmm. That sounds yummy. Mom's already picked up all her fixins for her Cranberry Delight, so maybe she'll try this one another time.

My mum and dad had jello salad when they were in Idaho once. They thought it was weird because it was on a plate with steak and potatoes. Jelly/Jello in the UK would only be for dessert!
