Ham-Micks

Day After Thanksgiving

So, we had a nice, quiet day at the Forty Paws because Maw & Paw went to some friend's house and left us all alone. Sometimes this happens. We deal with it. Sleep, chase each other around, eat, drink water, go out in the enclosure. Life goes on.

So, yesterday Maw found out that a slightly rotund poodin didn't like her new Ham-Mick because it was different than the first Ham-Mick that Maw gave her several years ago. The first Ham-Mick had the backing fabric under the fleece and so it didn't stretch out when the overweight poodin stepped on it. Now, all of us here at the Forty Paws didn't like the underneath fabric because we purrsonally like to hang low in our Ham-Micks, (since we are a wee bit overweight ourselves), and we didn't like the underneath fabric keeping us from hanging low.

So, Maw would like to know if any of you poodins who have received Forty Paws Ham-Micks have a dislike for the low-hanging fabric? We can make you a replacement fabric with backing and ship it to you. We want all of our poodin furriends to be ever so much happy with their Forty Paws Ham-Micks. Yessiree!

So far, we like our ham-micks just fine...it does seem like we're almost touching the ground when we sleep on them...but that hasn't stopped us from using them!

We'll let you know if that changes...

I suspect that I would love the hammock... so long as I didn't know it was for me. If it was for me--well you know. I'd hate to please the woman...

I love my Ham-Mick the way it is. I only ever sleep on it or my vishus deer.

We have a wooofie cousin who sinks to the ground, but Uncle Allen just put a blanket on the Hammick and there have been no complaints!
