Here is a picture of Smokey's surgery area. Smokey is drinking a lot since he came home, and the other cats keep hissing and spitting, and running from him. I feel sorry for him since it wasn't his fault that he went to the V-E-T and had an operation, and the poor guy was already traumatized as it was! Now the other cats are giving him trouble.

Poor baby! I hope the other kitties lighten up on him soon, I was glad to read that the news looks good!
Oh, my! That's quite the shaved area and incision!
We hope the v-e-t smell dissipates quickly and that the other cats stop hissing at you, Smokey. Maybe your mom can try calming collars if this goes on too long.
Big smooches and lots of purrs for speedy healing!
(((Hugs))) and purrs for a speedy recovery.
Smokey - they shaved a big area of furs off - we hope you won't get too chilly without them. You just smell rather v-e-t at the moment so your friends are frightened it's their turn next for a shave!!
The smell will wear off soon and your furs will grow back and every cat will forget about it.
We are purring and purraying it is only a lipoma.

Oh Smokey

Poor Smokey. That is not very thoughtful of the other cats. Purrs.
Smokey we are purring for a complete recovery for you. And just you wait, your new hairstyle will become all the rage in the CB and all the cool cats will want one. Maybe.
oh poor Smokey. our vet says to put baby powder on everycats bottom and then everyone will smell the same and the hissy will go away
That is great that he is home! Hopefully it won't take too long for the other cats to get used to him again - at our house it took like a week the last time, but everything did go back to normal eventually.
Oh Smokey, that looks a little bit hurty! I hope you are feeling much better soon and the other cats start treating you nicely again.
Oh man, dat looks hurty. Glad effurything went good tho, da other kitties will stop being so weerd when yoo don't smell like evil vets anymore. Sure wish mom would stay home and spend more time letting us visit, we missed dat yoo was even at da vets!
Poor Smokey!
That is classic "adding insult to injury".
Purrs and smooches from alla us.
Poor Smokey. I know how you feel. Flynn is like that with me if I have to go to the vet. We were surprised how light your underneath furrs are. We hope you are soon feeling better.
Poor Smokey!!! Actually, the baby powder is supposed to work. You might try it! Just sprinkle on all the kitties and then they smeel the same!!!
Purrs.
Poor Smokey - it's terrible to have that Frankenkitty look, and to have everykitty hissing at him too. But that happens here also whenever Binga or Boodie goes to the vet - things get hissy (or worse!) around here.
WE hope the furs grow back soon!
Aw man, poor Smokey. I hope he smells like himself soon and the other kitties stop freaking..
Poor Smokey, we hope everything gets back to normal soon.
Wowie, Smokey, that shaved spot and stitches make you look like a real tough guy! We bet all of the rest of the cats are just scared to death of a big brawler like you! They'll calm down. We hope you are feeling ok.
Thanks for stopping by to visit us! My mom bought the Ham-Micks before I (Zoe) came to live here, but I use them all of the time! And she gave a couple to the shelter where she got me, and those cats LOVE their Ham-Micks!
Love, Zoe

We had the same problem when Keiko got sick. Luna, her own sissyfur, hissed and growed at her. Poor thing. I hope Smokey is much better now.
