So where is the Yak?

So when some furrybody yaks in the middle of the night, Maw doesn't get up to clean it up anymore. She waits until the morning. Trouble is, you know how when a poodin yaks, it usually comes out in 3 yak-a-roos. So last night, somebody yakked, and Maw knew it was close by. Then they left the immediate area and went and did the additional 2 yak-a-roos. So Maw found the close-by yak-a-roo when she got up. She still hasn't found the additional 2 yak-a-roos. Do you guys do this sort of thing?

we engage in the "travelling yak" and usually leave a trail

The only one who travels with their yakking is Rascal. She'll do them within a few feet of each other. Unless you're trying to put something under Rascal to catch the yak. Then she'll run far to do the next one.

I am going to tell you a shameful secret. We have berber carpeting, and the bomit usually just sits on top. My Mommie picks up the biggest wad of bomit, and then lets the rest dry for a day. The next day, she can just use a little cleaning brush to brush the dried up bomit off and vacuum it right up. It does not even soak into the carpeting or leave a stain or anything!

We usually yak at least twice...first time is the biggest, then just some aftershocks....

Yup!!! It's fun to see Mom looking around for it ! Teehee!!
Sometimes when she finds it, it's easy to pick up if it has fur in it. Otherwise,Mom has to scrub the floor, or where ever we left it ;)

Ut oh...one of us just left a few piles of yak in the living room. We were furry unhappy when Mom got rid of that purrty white carpet. We liked to leave yak on it all the time.

We are travel yakkers too. But usually our first yak is a big pile and the second one or two are little nothing piles that sometimes soak into the carpet so Mom can't find them.

I hardly ever yak. When I feel yakky, I just won't eat at all, and then I get STABBED! (with nausea medicine, so they say)

So, I guess it's good that youse eat and yak and then hide it. This should be a good method of preventing getting STABBED.

I've been yakking all week. I'm chief yakker around here and I leave a trail too. We like what the Island Cats said: The big one first then the rest are aftershocks! Cool description.
Scouts been yakking hairballs lately tool.

It is best to spread the yak around. It increases the odds of them stepping on it.

May be the last 2 yaks were clear and they dried up and went away!

EG yaks in a row and then covers them up with whatever's close by - newspaper, dirty sock, clean sock, whatever. A couple of times, the only way Mama found them was because Titus was sniffing around in the hallway and ::whispers:: tried to eat the piles. hee hee

Could there have been a couple of 'ghost-yaks'? You know, those yaks where you hork and hork and hork like you're bringin' up last week's leftovers and then....nothin' comes up. Ya think?
