Friday Stuff and Awards

The Island Cats, Zoey, Ernie and Wally passed along these wonderful awards to us. We are furried honored to receive these loverly awards!

Efurrybody is invited to take these awards and display them proudly!

In udder noos, Ike is still out there looming and beginning to push in some larger waves onto the island communities. Maw is watching the local Houston news via the cable noos network. The weather people here in North Texas still show that Dallas should get some tropical storm winds and rain from 3" to 6" tomorrow through Sunday morning. So, we shall see. Maw is going outside now to mow the grass.

Someone had a pee accident on the chair covering this morning. Paw figures it was Obi again, so Maw put him back on the anti-anxiety pills. His eyes were leaking very badly when he was on them last time, so Maw has to watch and see if that happens again. One thing for sure, he is very mellow when on the pills.

Ok. Let's send tons of hugs and purrs to KC and efurrybody else along the Texas coastline, ok?

O, Paws, Ike is making a beeline to Dallas right affer him leafs Houston. Our winds haf picked up to about 30 mph in the past few minutes (about 1 pm) and tha clouds are low and swirly. No feeder bands yet.
i's making Mommie ML take photos as fings change and post 'em on mine blog.
We's right in tha path, but fortunately on high ground and in a 4-year old house. We are not in an evactuation zone. We should see winds over 110 mph. Wheeee. And lots of rain (finally).
Don't furrget Marilynn and Momma Grace, Audace and Ruse... they's further up in North Houston.
Just keep purring for effurryone in the path of this mean old Ike.
Love and Purrs,
KC

Hi guys! I haven't been able to visit for ages, but my Mum is finally co-operating.

I hope Ike doesn't come near your home, I will be thinking of all my friends that live in Texas.

I hope you are all doing well. How is your Mum doing these days? My Mum and I think of her often.
