Sally Going on Vacation

So Sally decided that she wanted to go on vacation when Maw was filling her suitcase to go to the funeral of her nephew-in-law who died from leukemia. He was only 36, and has 4 young boys from 1 year to 11 years old. It was very sad.

Well, Sally didn't go because she probably couldn't have made it through security at DFW.

So on Tuesday, DFW had WAY too many tornadoes, and it wasn't all that great to be worrying about all those huge storms tearing up houses and such. It was very lucky for us that a tornado hit southwest of us in Forney about 10 miles away, and then picked back up, and dropped again northeast of us in Royse City about 5 miles from our house. Yes, we were very lucky indeed that it skipped our house. Us poodins were purring and purraying that it wouldn't hit our house. Yes sir-ee-bob!  And we are so grateful that there were no deaths and no serious injuries from all of those tornadoes. That is very good news!
